Feeling stretched like I was? Here's how I supported myself.

The experiences, emotions and moments that stretch us powerfully illuminate opportunities for surrender and insight, while also showing us our illusions and stress points.

Stretching and feeling these reactions within us can sometimes have us in auto-pilot reactive mode as I was reminded recently during a week with family while in the throws of hormonal-related shit.

There I was in physical and emotional environments away from what I was familiar with at home. One family space was small, cluttered and filled with oodles of love and craziness. The other family space roomy with lots of openness around and options to enjoy time alone. (Talk about one extreme to the other right?)
